It has been almost two months now since Irma hit Sint Maarten and left our paradise in a state of despair. But in true island style, we have dusted off, took a shovel and started with a big clean up.

Everyday a new miracle appears in the form of a reopening of a restaurant, a hotel or a business. It is great to see communities, businesses and people work together to make our island paradise again.

More and more people are showing interest in visiting Sint Maarten, showing their great love for the island. The cruise ships will come soon and hopefully it will be the start of a new season. Private Yacht Charter is ready to welcome you. Below a quick update on our current status.

As many of you probably now, we now have only one boat available for charter, our 47ft power catamaran Nirvana. We have decided to locate Nirvana in Bobby’s Marina in Philipsburg as it will take some time before our dock and office are repaired in Oyster Pond. Bobby’s marina is a good location which presents us with new opportunities. As we are so close to the cruise terminal we have decided to expand our core business and offer new tours which are specifically focused on cruise passengers. But anyone can join, everyone is welcome on our new tours. The principle is simple, instead of just private tours we now also offer group charters. Read more about our tour options on our website.

We will also add a new boat to our fleet starting December 14th. The name of the boat is Wahoo and she is a 40ft sailing catamaran. We have decided to add this second boat because we were lucky enough to have Nirvana full booked for Christmas and New Year’s already. A big shout out for the people who showed their support and booked a charter with us!

Talking about support, many of our loyal customers have asked how they can contribute. By supporting our Hurricane Irma Relief Fund you can help us get back on our feet. Please visit www.gofundme.com/pycxm and leave a donation! Your generosity is highly appreciated.
